Happy 4th Anniversary VS Pro Forum!

Today marks the 4th year anniversary of the VS Pro Support Forum. For some reason, it seems like it's been longer than 4 years ago when this forum was created.
Anyway, VS Pro is an amazing piece of software for anyone using a VS recorder and a pc.

Happy 4'th to the Forum.
I no longer use VS-Pro (have moved on to Reaper) but while I used it it was great and this forum was very helpful. the combi of VS-Pro plus two linked 1680's worked very well for me. i recommend VS-Pro for anyone using roland VS gear (1880's and lower)...its a major step forward, dependable and easy to use.

So do you reckon we can get another fours years out of it? I had my head turned a while back and got a VS2000 and a full set of plug-ins so my 1680/VS Pro set up have been put in storage however, I suspect there may come a time... I already had everything I needed to make great music back in the cassette mulititrack days - I just never got around to it! :lol:

Funky, thanks for putting the forum together and for staying engaged on the fringes. It's been very helpful to me, and I'll probably find a few more answers here while I continue to use VS Pro. It's working fine for me right now, although there is a ever-growing tug for me to move away from my VS.

Hey, I'm still around. I just haven't been able to do much recording lately (past two years). However it's for a good reason. I had an opportunity to build an actual physical studio space... Iso booths, floating floor/soundproof construction, 440 square feet, XLR in wall plugs, the whole nine. It's just taking me a long time to complete it. I'm almost there.
I will still be using VS Pro (linking two 1680s with a dual 19" monitor system) for now. I don't have immediate plans to change up to full computer based recording. For me, if it ain't broke, I'm not going to fix it. I decided it was more important to have a proper physical space first. I could always upgrade later (if I even find it necessary).
I hope to be back up and running by this Fall/Winter. I'm sure I'll be back and visiting the forum more frequently once I'm in recoding mode again.
I'm glad to see that the forum is still here.
